Anyone have a L88 motion hood on there 69 vette?

Here is mine. It will be hard to find a BM hood now days. They have not been made in years.

To my knowlege, Motion never put their touch (a '67 style stinger) on an L88 hood. Motion hoods are a varriation of the BB/LT-1 C3 hood w/a '67 scoop molded in. /:\

Due to the rare item I think I will have to stick with the L88 hood

Anyone have a Long type L88 that will fit a 69 for sale?

Or best place to get a quality one?

I put this Eckler long hood on my '68 many years ago. I wanted to get rid of the wiper door, but this never really matched correctly at the windshield bottom (unfinished looked funny) and the curve of the lip of the hood never really matched in my opinion.

If I did it again I'd use the short L88. You might ask others how they did it on their cars.

Didn't motion have a long hood that looked similar to the stock 77-79 hoods except a couple inches taller?
