Default Tru-ram Manifolds

Well Ive had it with headers. I know, been though and the plus and minuses with headers vs. Manifolds. Then I saw these.

They say that they flow as good as block huggers? Got the SS ones from Speedway. Their going in tomorrow. So we will see.

I hope they look better on the car than in the pictures.

I bet they look better than a set of rusty headers

Well, like all C3 projects it was OK and took about 4 hour longer as I had to make up a bolt for the air conditioning bracket that is anchored on the last bolt. Seem like no change in performance. Good sound tru the magna flow! Quieter engine bay, have a belt squeak now that wasn't heard before. The alternator is a touch close. May just re- clock it or smaller alternator or heat shield, it will be ok for now.

Default Very helpful information indeed

Thanks for posting this info and photos, I too am pretty fed up with header issues. I may end up with these.
