Default convertible top latch question

The last couple of days I have been working on a rarely-used item; my convertible top. It has been a couple of years since I took it apart. It is all back together and functioning correctly.

I can latch the two outside front latches but I am missing something with which the center latch connects. Evidently it must be something near the mirror.

Can someone either take a pic of their center latch area or could someone clue me in as to the part I am missing? I think this time I am the Bubba in question..............:o

Default Corvette Center Top Latch

I Looked At The Pictures Of The Interior Of Your Car When It Was Disassembled And It Shows The Correct Center Piece Above The Mirror. If That Is There Then Your Middle Latch May Be Missing The Adjusting Screw. I Hope This Helps.

I went out to check. The piece is all there but the latch doesn't hit it. Hopefully the latches can be moved forward for adjustment.

The latches are all very sloppy. I'll put new ones on my wish list.

Thanks again.
