Second vote for LeMans Blue (just had mine repainted that color), although Coronado Silver with a red interior is pretty sharp.

"most desired" and "color you want" are two different things.
I believe a real Tuxedo Black 68 or 69 with a real code 900 trim tag could be considered "most desireable" seeing how they stopped painting them black until 1977.
However, if the car is not a real Code 900 car, you are just talking about painting it an incorrect, non-original color anyway so if that's your decision you should just go with personal preference.

6th vote LeMans blue with a black interior and top.
Althought my favorite color on cars and bikes is gun metal grey ,But to keep with the 68-69 style LeMans Blue over Blk is hot
