Default Block casting number

can anyone tell me if a block casting number of 370010 is a 2 or 4 bolt main? The vin (1974 corvette) 5th letter is a J, indicating this is A L48 car, and i thought they were all 2 bolt mains, bue the owner says the cating number indicates a 4 bolt main..

0010 could be either 2 bolt or a 4 bolt, it depends on how the final machining was done. The casting number is the same for both.

A '74 L48 is a 2 bolt, a '74 L82 is a 4 bolt.
