Finalllyyyy got vette out!!!
here's a story for the people who are crying about not being able to get there vet out because its not sunny enough. boohoo. i put mine in a leanto that i built to cover it for the winter and it was a dirt floor and figured ide get it in the spring and have fun, WRONG! i go out there last week and too my surprise the vette is in 12 inches of ice. burried over half way up the tires. i was soooo mad. the washer apparently came unhooked underneath the house and all of the times we washed our clothes the water came out the side which is about 6 feet from under the vette, i have been starting it to let it run to help melt the ice and ive been laying on the ice with a garden hose hooked to the hot water nozel behind my washer until the hot water runs out and then sitting and waiting until its hot again and doing it again, i've been doing it for 4 days now 4-5 times a day becaus ei wanted it out so bad and refused to wait until july for that much to melt. finally today i did it again and got the tires to spin so i hhoked the truck to it and it came loose, i was so happy, i just now get to play with my vette and i had to hand melt a 13 foot bu 8 foot 12 inch thick block of ice, so stop whining and just be happy you can walk outside and even see it or sit in it, sorry so long, peace

Here the snow is melting and the main roads are almost completely dry. Next week it's supposed to be the beginning of real Spring. And I'm aiming to get my C3 ready for the road by Monday, just IN CASE...

Here in central Florida the wife and I have been enjoying our '81 all winter! I just might have to put it in storage over the summer as it's really tough remembering to apply sunscreen and putting undue wear on the engine by using the A/C.

Snow and bad weather is one thing, it's understandable. But when the roads are clear and dry, 50 degrees out, here in Mich, but the Vet still on stands and not finished is also very disappointing.
