Default Post your Top 10 "Corvette" Playlist of music

Greetings!
Do you ever think about music when your go out to the garage?
I know I do. I thought it might be cool to start a thread to see what
our "Playlist" would be for us.

After I get on paper how I want to go about redoing my garage,
it would be fun to take a little music video having my Top 10 song
selections playing in the background. With the garage door going up it
would start with #1 Thunderstruck by AC/DC and then the following:

2.) Theme from Top Gun - Danger Zone - Kenny Loggins
3.) Photograph - Def Leopard
4.) Theme from Beverly Hills Cop II - Shakedown - Bob Seger
5.) Summer of 69' - Bryan Adams
6.) Panama - Van Halen
7.) Pour some sugar on me - Def Leopard
8.) Kryptonite - 3 Doors Down
9.) Last one standing - Nickelback
10.) Theme from "Superman" - John Williams

I've already made the CD and it sounds Au-some!
I'm getting goose bumps just listening to it.

So let's see your playlist's.

No age limit here Alan. It's all about what the music does for you.

Hmmm........
I usually listen to Nickleback in the 'Vette. Some of the favorites being......
Never again
Burn it to the ground
Something in your mouth
Animals and Rockstar

I just switched up the line up and forgot how pumped I get while listening to swing and big band music. I listened to Big Bad Voodoo Daddy's Zoot Suit Riot CD. VERY cool.

I was also jamming to Brian Setzer Orchestra. I LOVE "Switchblade 327" cranked up when I'm taking some sharp curves on a back country road.

There's always been something about Frampton Comes Alive for me, when I'm in the Vette anyway....

Brings back some great memories of that first summer I spent in my new Corvette..........

Hey Alan, I thought we were about the same age. Your username... you were born in '71 right? That makes you about 37/38 like me? That's not old!

I listen to most all types of music given what mood I'm in but as we all know...when we get behind the wheel of our Vettes the blood starts to pump and the energy builds so for me when I'm driving either of mine...it's usually music of the "heavy" variety and Heavy Metal is what I like to hear

Once I "git 'er done"....the first tune will have to be anything by ZZ Top! Love Billy Gibbons' guitar! Then comes the Eagles, Buffet, AC/DC, Beach Boys, Rod Stewart...the list goes on and on!!

And I'm as old as you Alan!!
