Not knowing if "77" is your birth year or the year of your Corvette?
Motion started painting the rear rubber bumper cars like this.

If you have a chrome bumper rear, I like the stripe to angle with the rear (back) and drop down through the middle of the side lens.

Hope it helps.

Just did this one a few weeks ago. The stripe around the rear go's down the quarters just in front of the side lights. If your doing a rubber bumper car you may want to Do it like the black and white car I did for my nephew. Look at the rear where it comes up the quarters. You will see we made the stripe a little wider so there would be more color around the tail.

Cuervos77, did you get the car painted? if so, post some pics.

Here's mine that was done last winter....

Next step is to add the stinger scoop to the BB hood. Yup, probably should've done that before I had the car painted, but that's the way it goes sometimes.

Looking forward to seeing your pics.

Paint done by Previous owner. The stripe is 15" with a 1/4" pin stripe on each side.

I had this hood done though.

All the cars above are the "skunk stripe". I'm partial to the "stinger stripe" shown here on a Corvette and a Camaro.

These look best when on a car with a spoiler.

Took these pics a few years ago down at Eureka Springs Corvette Weekend. A guy from Little Rock restored it.

Default Winter Updates...

Located some finned valve covers, Motion Emblems, and a Fly Eye Air Cleaner....

Replaced the 3.36 gears with 3.73, replaced the TA's with Offset TA's, added Flat Washers to the Upper Cross Member, new stainless brake lines from the Master Cylinder back, KYB Gas adjust shocks, Poly Front Differentail Bushing, 8" Sping bolts, and adjustable camber rods with hiem joints...

I know, I need to replace the sping with a mono-spring... coming soon...

Default Baldwin Motion Corvette?

How can you tell if a car is a real '69 Baldwin Motion Corvette? found a car in southern CA that has an Eckler's hatch kit but everything else looks Motion style - flared, square headlights under the bumper, 1980's style gauges, 427, 400hp a/c equipped 4-speed. It has been sitting for 26 years. suspension is off in box - engine has been sitting in storage after build for 25 years. all there.

The one I have is more custom - with a hatchback added in 1980 - but square headlights and right flares, hood, gauges and 427cid 400 hp engine

I can't get images to upload. The system won't take them. I have a bunch to review
