I thought about doing something like that with an 81 rear bumper cover with the taillights and all. But I never got there.

I was thinking something similar with a 70-72 front clip I removed. Was going to have the front of the wheels forward coming out of where the wall and ceiling meet and have the functional flip up lights (from a wall switch) shine on the pool table but................like 76vette1, I never got there. Sounded good though. Pool table lamp went in much easier.

I got tail ended a few years ago which cracked and scraped my back bumper cover slightly. I was going to fix it then wall mount it but my buddy convinced me to leave the crack kind of as a trophy of sorts. I bought some used taillights cheap and an old logo cheap and wired the lights with 110v Xmas lights and put a pull switch on the bottom. Hung it on the wall for about $20. To buy the back ends to wall mount are about $350.

I have a feeling that's from the same restaurant chain that's in our town that has a Corvette on the wall. Quaker Steak and Lube. They also have a 72 roadster on a lift in one dinning room along with 68 Chevelle.

I cut 12" off the front end of a '65 Chevelle four door I parted out and I never finished it. Maybe I will one day. I'm supposed to be going to look at a '67 Impala parts car soon. Hmmm, ........maybe.
