I have a 69 corvette hood in my garage that was the only thing
left of my brothers corvette when he totaled it. No damage, b ut of
course would need to be painted. What is it worth? And how do I sell it?

Depends if it is a big block or a small block, and whether or not the original '69 "short hood" was ever swapped out for a later version "long hood". The short hood allowed for a pop up wiper door system and stopped short of the windshield, while a long hood goes up to the windshield.

I'd guess a SB hood to be worth $100. I don't know about a big block, maybe $400? Search here for pics to determine which hood you have, or post some up of yours.

Hoods are tough to ship, but you can put them on a greyhound for a decent price. Otherwise post it here or on craigslist and try to sell it locally
