Default machine shop recomendation in NJ

I need a block bored and honed (sbc) in the South Jersey area. Anyone have a suggestion?

This guy JACK MERKEL is AWESOME & really know what they are doing ....he did a few motors for my cars & race boats over the years. They moved from Long Island to Jerssey a few years ago, but i'm uncertain where exactly.

I use a place in Collingswood. I have used them for years. Not the speediest and nothing to look at but it is done right. He takes his time and it is correct. If your in a rush he is not the place though unless you are a race team. Withers Automotive is the name of it.

My brother has his race engine re-done by Pat Musi in Carteret.

I have a friend that used him and got great work. Unfortunately I can't afford and don't need the level of work that he offers.

One of the guys on the C2 forum really liked the work Jeff Arnseth in
Keyport, NJ did on his 327.

Where in keyport? Does he have a shop or just a guy in his garage?

A lot of Off Shore race guys use Rogers machine shop in Garwood. Anyone ever deal with them?

I've known Jeff Arnseth for many years, had work done by him. An old school hands on guy who has done many Englishtown racers engines. Also a trustworthy person.
