Default Poly. bushings on end links

Hi everyone

I’ve put the front stabilizer bar and end links back in their place…

What is the correct torque value for the bolts of the ‘end links’?
I use new poly bushings from Energy suspension.
Does the harder/less flexible bushing material need lower torque value?
The assembly manual states: 15-20 ft-lbs. It also states: "Torque obtained by running nut to unthreaded portion of bolt."
Won’t that be too much for poly?

Forget the torque..bar level at ground height, squish even with washers would be a start.
