Default Restore or purchase 1979 indicator lamp lens

I'm restoring a 1979. The instrument panel lens for turn signals, brake, and highbeam indicators that is between the speedometer and tachometer has a lot of fading in the red color of the brake indicator and the matte black finish that "hides" the indicator when not lighted has thinned and looks uneven. Does anyone know of a company that sells a replacement. I've done quite a bit of Google-ing and have not been able to find one. If not, has anyone successfully restored this lens. I thought that the faded red color of the break indicator might be fixable with another thin piece of red film applied to the back but I cannot think of away to duplicate the translucent matte black finish on the front of the lens.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Along that line... This is my first Corvette and the amount of great information this forum has provided me so far has been a huge help. Thanks much.
