Default Who makes the best trailing arm bushing

Well.. I figured out my movement is a broken trailing arm bushing... the inner cap is separated and moving so I assume it has come apart...

Who makes the best bushings.. I have vette brakes suspension and a 450 hp 500ftlbs torque big block so I want to by the bset so I only do this one time...

Can anyone tell me the best trailing arm bushings to install... and a procedure... Mine on the pass side disintegrated.. I have VBP suspension kit and the single composite type spring.. the car was restored in 2001 so I assume these just got brittle over time...

Should I go back with the VBP or another brand.. Also what tool do I need to stake them and what is the procedure to do it to correct clearance

Good, fresh rubber replacement bushing.
Better, spherical bushings (doing this myself while the rear suspension is apart this time).
Best, install Currie Enterprises Johnny Joints.

The more torque you have the less compliance you want here, but notice I didn't mention any poly for this application.

Here's the info on mine... VBP 41043... Like I posted earlier.. No special tool needed... Added new rear shocks at the same time....Just did 135 mile Vette cruise / lunch. 3rd annual "1st on the 1st" ..Car is 90% better....Only 75% more to go !!

I've purchased from both of the manufacturers of that part, one has better quality rubber and one has a tube that is easier to flare properly. Let me know if you have questions.
