Default radiator overflow tank mounting

1971 Coupe

I got a radiator overflow tank with my BeCool Radiator setup and I was looking where the best place to mount it would be.

Anyone else get one with their setup and where did you put it.
I'd love to see pics of it also if you have any.

Thanks
KO

Is this the tank you are talking about?

I own a '80 'vette, don't know much about the old chrome bumber cars, (out of my price range!) So I can't be of to much help, but here is a link to a thread that might help you out:

If you can pick up an AIM, I am sure it would tell you exactly what you are looking for.

Why not use the original overflow tank setup?

My 71 didn't have one (when I got it).
This one was included with the radiator.
I can use the $160 on something else ()

My '80 'vette has an expansion tank, but it only has one hose attached to it, which comes from the radiator. How is that tank with two hoses supposed to work? Just curious, I've never seen an expansion tank like that.

The overflow from the radiator goes into the bottom tube and the top is an additional overflow line to be routed wherever you want it to go.
