Nice!

A few suggestions:

1. You could add a caption near the end after the last caption that instructs the viewer to "balance" per the shop manual for "your model year."

2. I was thinking it would be nice to have more time to view the photo insets but than a viewer can just hit the pause to take them in.

3. To be consistent with part descriptions, consider the title "Power Steering Control Valve Rebuild."

Nice instructional video that would encourage ambitious do-it-yourselfers to take the rebuild on.

The pics are on a 1.5 second pop.. which I figured would be enough time to pause.

There is a mistake in the floating in title page, I left out the Control Valve words. But after putting over sixty hours in this thing I didn't feel like doing another edit.

But.. what I intended to do was a voice over, Kevin thinks you guys all have an accent Seriously, I've not figured out how to do the audio over-ride thing yet so maybe when I do I'll do another run on it. There was a link on it Tom.. to the balance instructions I must have cut it off the last edit. I can edit that part of it with easy..

Cat: Good deal.. take your time and make sure everything is clean.. you'll pull it off.

Default Great Video

I just bought a 73 and there was no P/S belt on the car and when I put one on and started it up, the steering wheel started turning itself all the way to the left and then to the right and so on. Keep in mind the car was also on the ground when this happened. I have never experienced this before. I was about to go and talk to my TV and see if I could hear a girls voice like in Poltergeist. would doing the rebuild take care of this problem?

Before you do this, go to our site and read this: http://willcoxcorvette.com/repairand...lp.php?hID=188 Just click on supporting documentation. This is how to center the control valve and it may solve your problem. If it does great, if not then go for the rebuild.

I have a leak from the control valve, and it looks like it's coming from the adjustment nut area. Will your rebuild kit take care of that, or do I need to order one of your other kits?

Yes the rebuild should stop this no problem.
