Hood Release
went to open the hood of my 73 and the release cable came off in my hand. Hoping someone can suggest the best way to release the hood so I can replace the cable assembly.

Burning Brakes
Those two plug holes should do it. You can see the release from underneath the car, but no way you can get a arm and hand up there. Too tight. I've used the screwdriver through the plugs and it works. Just take you time and don't loose patience.
