Default Help me build my engine, '73 roadster

Here are the specific parts I'll be working with, I need some help filling in the blanks:

Edelbrock Performer RPM Q-Jet Carb #1910 850cfm
4 bolt main block (currently .030 over), probably will be bored .060 when all is said and done
Hooker headers 2134 are going on replacing the exhaust manifolds
double hump heads 291 casting #s, 64cc 1.94/1.50 valves currently
HEI distributor

My questions are, but not limited to, the following:

--what intake will work with this setup to get me in the mid 300's for hp? I also desire decent torque #s (having had an '85 previously)
hood clearance is an issue, I don't want to get a new hood or modify the one I have. I was thinking an edelbrock 7104, but not sure if it will fit on a '73.

--cam suggestion??? 0-5500 rpm? or a 1500-6500 rpm one?

--post headers, what exhaust should I be looking to put in?

--is it in my best interest to modify the heads and go to 2.02/1.60 valves? the current heads have had hardened seats put in, so there is a cost savings if I stick with those

--roller rockers are being considered, but I am on somewhat of a budget (not too limited, but not unlimited for sure) and those may be left to be done at a later date

The block is out and I have all winter in MI to work on this project. This is not a daily driver, but it does get driven to work occassionally and it could see a dragstrip or a track (Grattan or Gingerman) at some point in its future.

Thanks for any and all replies.

Steve
