Default Horn for 1979 Vette

I have a 1979 Vette and the horn does not work, When you press the horn on the steering wheel I can hear the relay clicking but no horn. The horn down below on the fire wall was rusted so bought new one from Ecklers tonight. The AIM shows two horns but I have three, the one below and two under neath the nose. Need help please, are the horns wired in series that all must be working then they will work like old Christmas Tree lights for example. Thank you for troubleshooting tips in advance.

The one below is for the car alarm. The two upfront are the horns. Make sure they are plugged in and the ground, (pop the hood, look forward), should be a ground wire. No, they don't both need to work for one to work.

We had a discussion on this months ago but Gary at The Horn Works lists some troubleshooting tips that are pretty straight forward. I have used these techniques and ended up having my horns rebuilt. Sometimes horns quit working because they wear out and require a rebuild.
