Turn Signal Lever
My 78 has no turn signal lever. It's a manual, so no cruise control, supposed to just be the straight lever. I'm looking for a replacement, and all the vendors have discontinued the lever I'm looking for. I'm scouring ebay, and I've found something (possibly?) Will this work on my vette? I've got T&T, btw.

No. The stock lever is round where it goes into the pivot with a "nub" to keep it from rotating. You can use a cruise lever, trim the wiring and paint over the word cruise if it bothers you a lot... it'll work.
Some Buicks use the same pivot as the vette column, so there's a chance you could find it for another GM vehicle.

Is there any other year that I can use? I need the pivot and the lever. It's killing me that I can buy literally any other lever besides the one I need.

If you need to change the pivot, you can switch to a 79L-82 pivot and use the levers off those cars if they're available. 78L-79E use a straight pivot with a bent lever, and the pivot is held with a roll pin on the column.
78E uses a screw to mount the pivot, but the lever is the same as the 78L-79E.
79L and later uses a straight lever with the bend in the pivot itself, also rollpin mounted. I am not sure if there's a cutoff where the pivot changes again.
