Default Changing interior

Started today changing my interior. It is doeskin color. Changing it to red. I bought a bunch of new stuff but not all of it. Dying the rest of it. Here is a few pictures. I think it's going to look good.

Got a lot done today. I removed the dash, steering column, and the carpet. Found some rust in the floor pans. Not to bad.

A lot of progress lately. If you have any input on some things I can do it
would be appreciated. I replaced all the bulbs in the dash. Put new door pins and bushings and S Springs in the doors.

Looks like a real pro job! Looks like you replaced your weatherstripping at the same time, too!

What's your guesstimate on total time spent with the removal and re-installation? Gotta believe that the dash and steering column must've presented some challenges. Any words of wisdom, for those of us yet to take that journey?

I am far from a professional. This was the first time I have ever done anything like this. I'm just a rookie.

it took me and one other person about one day take everything out. I worked off and on for almost two months to put it back together. And for words of wisdom just get in there and get your hands dirty. For me it was a lot of fun to do this. Thank you are you kind words.

Congrats! Looks like a well done job to me.

I do hope you don't smoke up all that nice work with those cowboy killers.
