Default 68 rain/water diverter

I've been getting water leaking through the door latch on the door itself for years. Water runs down the pillar and ends up under the carpet behind the seats. I'm convinced theres no way to stop it from coming in. New weatherstripping/window seals did nothing. It's just a crappy design.

I was looking at a '72 the other day and noticed it had water divererters installed on the door jambs. Does anyone know if these came on a '68? I don't see any sign of them ever being there. Paragon sells a set. https://www.paragoncorvette.com/sear...rchTerm=12689K.

Anyone ever use them? Anyone ever use the later '73 up design on a '68? I'm thinking that these will solve my problem. Thanks for any help.

If memory serves, late 68s may have gotten the diverters. You can add a pair of the later model diverters.
