Hi,
I didn't realize that ZL-1 cars had that stainless steel mesh wrap on the upper radiator hose. Is that how the fad started?
Learn something new everyday!
Regards,
Alan

BE careful with your investment. If you look close, the data plate on the console has 4 boxes on it. The factory L-88 cars just had 2, one read "427" and the other "L-88". I'm going out on a limb and suggest the ZL-1 cars had a similar plate. "427" and "ZL-1". Good luck!!

Never once in the ad does it state it is a numbers matching car or original. It could be a 427 ZLI anniversary motor ($20,000) then the price could be a little high. I think it is still a nice car. Then maybe he just bought a $20.00 ZL1 console data plate
