Default Clutch issue

This is my first post I'm a newby. I have a 73 L48 45K on the clock original in every way completely stock.

When I'm in 4th gear and floor it clutch is slipping. I plan on a replacement shortly (clutch pressure plate kit). I can't seem to find the correct part number for the kit? I want to replace clutch with original parts I'm not looking for heavy duty or added performance, I want to be able to depress it as easy as possible I'm over 60 and not looking to increase my leg muscle's. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks in advance

you can get what you need at the local parts house... or at least should be able to. Stop by the dealer and get the part numbers.
