CW4 Hutch

I ordered a new driver door sticker to replace the one removed for painting. I have misplaced the old sticker and the new sticker does not show various items. Looking for the following information that is found on the factory sticker:
-> MAX. LOAD (Weight)
-> COLD TIRE PRESSURE: Front Rear
-> OPTIONAL PRESSURES
-> RECOMMENDED FOR FUEL ECONOMY

Tire pressures would be for P225/70RX15"
