Default where can I find the chassis nr?
I am restoring my c3 corvette. I took the body from the chassis. on the body, I found the number directly, I looked everywhere on the chassis but i can not find it. where should I look?

It should be on the frame on the drivers side near the front/near top of the rear wheel.

Looking at your profile I assume you're talking about a 78.
Driver side rear frame rail about even with the antenna.

Both stamps are on the top of the frame rail. First one is about here:
