Holy Mama Of Shimoda! What a display! I'm tempted to cruise down this year, but I'm afeared my car's challenged paint and somewhat untidy undersides would be a humiliation amongst all that glory.

We like to see all C3's in any state!!! Most all of us have started out with a beater... heck, these cars are 30+ years old!!!! you will not be humiliated ion any way!! we would love to see you and your C3... All are invited... this is for our community... the C3 community..

Do it! In years gone by I have limped my poor beast down there is FAR worse condition than it is now - and it's always STILL a ton of fun!
We need ALL the C3's we can get!

That's very kind of you guys. I may well take you up on it - schedule permitting. Besides, I've got a few months to take care of some things, so the beast may not be TOO awful.

Solvang's a great little town too; been years since I've been there.

I could have my buddy drive my F350 and pull my enclosed trailer with some tools. Just put my roll away in it with a couple of floor jacks and jack stands and such. If something does break down, we would at least have the tools to fix it. My trailer is a car carrier and I will measure to see if a vet will fit in it with all the tools.
Just a thought.
