Default gap where t-top meets the roof

Are the t-tops the same for all of the C3's or are they different for certain model years? There is a large gap on the passenger side t-top in the rear where it meets the roof.

There's all sorts of adjustments that can be made.
How is the gap between the two roofs? Consistent front to rear?

Barring any accident type work....

My guess is that it's close at the front and then gets wider towards the rear.
If so, move the front pin on the roof ahead some, you may need to move the rear tongue outwards (away from the car center) to allow it to move.

Oh, and that looks like a M1131 roof so be careful. They have a nasty habit of cracking and are not repo'd to the best of my knowledge

Based on your post concerning damage at the cowl, my advice would be to investigate that issue before attempting to adjust your tops. You have 78-82 tops on your 75. A previous owner has swapped them out.

Okay I'll check that out further. I have another set of tops in the bag but I haven't even opened it up to look at them yet. Are the originals the body color type? These glass tops already have a small crack in the corner.

Original 75 tops were fiberglass, painted body color, and had two latches.

Yup, that's what happens to them

As to originals or not, depends on the year, special model and where they were made...
From what I've gathered:

M1131- Laminated, Blue tint, came on factory Corvette's from 1978-81. (81 assembled in St.Louis)
Standard on pace cars, optional on others

M92-A- Tempered, came on factory Corvettes in the year 1982 as standard glass. (81 assembled in Bowling Green)
Grey Color

M94-A- Tempered, came on Collector Edition Corvettes in the year 1982.
Bronze color

M95C- Tempered , current GM replacement mirrored glass.
M125C- Tempered, current GM replacement black glass.
M115- Tempered, blue privacy.

And for what it's worth, they (M1131) can be worth a fair amount more than the others (to the right person) because of how easily they broke
