Default Pro 6 Ten compressor

My A/C compressor is leaking oil out the main front shaft and from what I have read this cannot really be repaired. So I am thinking of replacing the a/c compressor with the Pro 6 Ten compressor. I did some searches and see some people have installed them. Does anyone have any comments on how they are holding up? It's not much more money to get this vs a reman original style. I am hoping to place my order today so if anyone has info I would appreciate it.

I had one on my Chevelle and it worked as well as the old A6 with 134, plus it was WAY lighther!! The weight savings alone made it worth it to me!

I've had mine since 2011. It is way lighter and takes less power to run. Mine is polished just like Fleming's above.

Wow...I love the look of this compressor and it appears that it works well and should just drop into my '73. Does anyone know where i can purchase this? Or is there an even better choice? I would prefer the chrome or polished look.

Thanks everyone!

JHawk
