Order the assembly instruction manual (AIM) for your model year. Use the AIM to make a list of the parts you will need. Get the parts together. Follow the AIM diagrams for the installation of each. Both options were available from the factory.
You will want to consider interior door panels since your originals will have holes for the window cranks.

I added power locks to my '81; it was pretty easy to do. The Assembly Manual shows all the parts that you will need.
This is not going to expensive though: power window regulators and motors, power lock actuators, rods, wiring harnesses, and as mentioned above, replacement door panels due to the different holes.
What year do you have?

Easy Mike beat me to it. You don't say what year you want to convert, but the windows part isn't that hard, just buy the parts as power windows were available on all from '68 to '82.
The power door locks might be a bit different. The factory setup on the 1978 up used a manual push-pull **** in the handle and the power system tied into it. The '68 to '77 had a rotating **** and so the hardware at the door panel for the occupants may have to be fabricated to make it work. I've had both types of doors apart but from memory, I can't remember if there is room or if there was some special indents to mount the power lock mechanisms in the earlier style.
However, if all you are doing is adding power windows and locks to a '78 or newer, then just order the parts and bolt them in.

There was no power lock option for the 74s. You will need to look at 78-82 if you want to add the factory option.
