Newcombs is open from 0700 to 1700, thinking about making it a brunch type thing. Being as it will be mid-September and, being as we live in an irrigated dessert, an early start might help out with some temperature issues up the hill in case of a warm day. Newcombs is about 26 miles North of the 210 so if we were to meet at around 0900 then head up the hill we could be there around 10:00ish.

There is a shopping center / small park (Olberz Park) on the North East corner of Angeles Crest and Foothill just off the 210 with plenty of room for parking. Should be easy access from all directions and a straight shot up Angeles Crest.

Thinking so Jeff, Angeles Crest at Towns Center (210) at around 0900, should have us at Newcombs at around 10:00 - 10:30, help beat the heat if there is any.

Talking with Steve and Roland (Moe and Larry) the plans like a go with them also.

Picked up the engine hoist tonight. Should be in, by Thursday. Then get the exhaust system done. Going to the junkyard Friday, to get an dual fan setup and finally, get it aligned. Should make it.
