Possible Pre-Purchase Inspection of a '69 - North of Atlanta

Default Possible Pre-Purchase Inspection of a '69 - North of Atlanta
Approx 80 miles north of Atlanta proper. Anyone in that general area want to put eyes on a '69 Roadster?

The car is NOT matching #'s, so mostly concerned about rust (obviously), frame, birdcage, reliability, any past fiberglass work, leaks, 14 layers of hidden paint, etc.

Please p.m. me with estimated cost(s) and time frame.

What city exactly, I'm in Chattanooga, TN going down into GA on Monday for a 4 speed to throw into my 68 project
