Default 1981 Vette Tail Light Issues

Hey gurus…have another electoral problem on my 1981 vette regarding the tail lights.

1. Running lights work no problem.
2. Reverse lights work no problem.
3. When I step on brake, right tail light goes out.
4. When turn on right turn signal, right tail light goes out, front right turn signals and side markers are solid lit. Also turn signal light in the dash lit solid as well.
5. All bulbs and fuses are good.

What's my problem? How do I fix?

Bad socket grounds do some weird things. Start there and verify you have a solid ground from the socket to the frame. On the 81 the tail light harness gets its ground on the drivers side of the frame by the mufflet/Antenna moiunt. The front os grounded on the radiator support

I had similar problem but it was the bulb that was popped. Did you try flipping the bulbs and see if it still does it on same side.

I'd vote for a bad right rear socket/ground. If you leave that bulb out and try all operations how does it work?
