One bay done. Two more to go.

Applied 4 coats of Mop & Glo and I am very pleased with the results. I am aware that the stuff is intended for indoor flooring, but it builds up nicely and gives a nice sheen to an otherwise dull stain finish.

Drove the Vette in today and any tire smudges clean up easily. Will see how it holds up with the car parked in place for a few days.

Thanks "century": I think yellow is some sort of universal color for lift arms. Those are actually for MaxJax. As I have a small garage, that is one of the best improvements I've made a few years back now. Had to reinforce the floor. Here is a photo I posted recently

p.s. what else might you notice in the photo?

I have been working on the heat/AC for the last few years.. The heat is difficult to work in here in Texas, I just want to keep it below 90 deg when I'm working....

While my '88 is at Cincy Speed I am rearranging my decor' a bit. I need to locate a junk set of C3 tail lights, license plate light and a later 'Corvette' script to put on the bumper cover. I am planning on using a Christmas light string to light up the tail lights and plate light.

The CFI stuff came off of my '84 Z51. The spare rim/air hose reel was also from the '84.

More to come as I continue. Really nice work from some of you here with this!

Later,

Lee

Since this was done I've moved the air compressor to the left wall for more room.

Two of three bays done. Stain and Mop & Glo seem to be working just fine.
Vette's been at the shop for a few days getting a new intake installed as well as the carb rebuilt.

In the process of building a new garage; 54'x80'. Floor gets poured Tuesday. 2 weeks to cure enough for the other trades to bring in their equipment. I can't wait.

I'm getting The Hot Rod Grille garage ready for my annual Hotrodder's Christmas party. Got the 9 foot tree decorated with all things "garage", including ornaments depicting cars, petro, soda, coin-op, etc. and my 1950-60's toys from my childhood under it. The tree topper is a lighted 1950's gumball machine! The "Major Award" leg lamp will be in the garage until Christmas Eve when it gets moved to the window in the living room to allow my neighbors to enjoy "the soft glow of electric sex". It's never too late to have a happy childhood!
