Aside from the heading of the ad, I don't see where the car is listed as a Motion built car. The body of the ad simply states that it was built by a gentleman who used to work with Joel Rosen at Motion performance and that the car was built using many of the parts available from Motion.
While the car is not my cup of tea some people might think it's cool if it ever gets restored but, to call it a Motion car would be very misleading in my opinion.

I think it's pretty cool actually, and considering the work that appears to have been done not too bad of a deal. I have to say, the later rear taillight section would not have been my choice though.

That is alot of $$ for a car that still needs everything, motion or not. I dont think the motion customization makes it any more valuable, in my opinion less
