Looking at the pic with open doors and 'wagon window' ... if it were mine, as a minimum I'd get rid of the 'wagon window' and restore that area ... not too shabby.

Hmmm... It always surprises me how much time/money people will spend for seemingly no other reason than... they can.

I kinda like the 'vette wagons... but not as a hatchback, commit to one side or the other!

So lose the doofy exhaust, the lambo doors, the extra spoiler, the luggage rack, and the hatchback-ness and your /starting/ to get some where! Though I hate to think what the interior looks like

Well, the car taught me there is actually such thing as a 'small block' 454. I wasnt aware of such a product.

Whats really upsetting is that someone poured A LOT of time and money into that car. I wish I had buckets of extra money to spend on gaudy car modifications.

With the right parts, they have mega-stroke small blocks up to just over 500ci.

Look up 4.5" bore spacing small blocks.

That said, you'll be entering into a whole new world of custom parts...
