Rebuilt 427 for '69. Had shop do low end performance package but still keep it on pump gas. Engine is in, car is in the shop now getting Vintage Air put in, and state inspection. Hopefully will have it on the road for the first time since I bought it once they are done.
Clearance with the DeWitt's dual fans in place and the original stuff removed:

Engine
LS6 crate motor installed in 4/'78. 990 heads (10.2 compression with those heads), 198 intake under a 770 SA. 11,000 miles put on it in the last 36 years. All GM components except cam which is a detuned (relative to the factory LS6 cam) Crane; installed in 2005 during a refresh). Factory exhaust manifolds. 354 rwhp/400 rwtq. The hood down costs 2 rwhp (sitting still).
