Dec. 13 ( No Rain Date )

The P.C.H. route is out, too iffy with the rains. We will be taking the alternate route.

Here is the alternate route.
We will meet at the Mobil station on the Southwest corner of White Oak Ave. and Burbank Blvd. just North of the 101, (White Oak Ave. Exit 22) We will leave here no later than 9:00am, head West on the 101 fwy. to North Rose Ave. proceed South to Oxnard Blvd. (Rt. 1) right turn (north) onto Oxnard Blvd. and we're there.

I'd be willing to drive South Bound P.C.H. to meet up with you guys at Neptunes again. That's just my two cents, and between my two cents and Doug's two cents we would have a total of four cents but somehow I sense we have no sense.....odd how that works. Huh, maybe we can't even get there from here.

Eh, ummm, ehrrrrr........yeah you guys! Stop rubbing it in!

Honestly and sadly enough, the one time it did rain here last year I was just north of the Mexican Boarder on an off road adventure. It poured rain here while we suffered through eighty mile per hour blow sand drifts. Brutal run, made it real hard to walk away from the beer cooler.

I'd be willing suffer a rain out just to see the hills wet again (no snow thank you!)

If your registration is paid in full, you can get a temp permit to drive your car.

Had that back in May, dmv wouldnt issue another until I failed a smog test. I have failed a smog since, the car was setup for federal and was a gross polluter, so I assume I could grab another now, but also just finished with putting all the Ca. emissions equipment on, so I'm really close to the real deal, fingers crossed. Soon.
