Default Where to install a small alpine KTP-445U amp?

I'm getting ready to install the interior on my 75 and I'm not sure where I can put this small amp. It measures 7-7/16” x 1-1/2” x 2-1/2”

My 1st choice would be behind the dash somewhere. My 2nd choice would be under the drivers or passengers seat.

Any help? Suggestions?

you won't have much room behind the dash, and it might be too tall for under the seat. I would put it in the jack storage compartment.

I'm OK with that as long as it fits under the liner.

actually, that might fit right under the radio behind the dash. there is a lot of room in that spot when using an aftermarket radio

I agree with "qwank". When I removed my Alpine radio to return to stock I found its amplifier, looking much the same as yours, located in the same area as the radio.

Any chance you have a wider angle picture?

It should fit just fine behind the right-side dash panel...even if you have A/C.

sorry no, thats the only picture i took.
i do have A/C on my 72.
amp is just hanging from the dash support brace and just below the passenger speaker.
brackets were just 2 pieces of 1/8" thick x 1" wide flat brass strip, what i had laying around at work.
probably could have tucked it up across to the right, and bit higher.
not sure about the 75's, or how much room there is behind the dash panel.
i had no problems getting the dash back in, so it wasn't fouling on anything that i could see or feel.
