Find something good to anything.... i see a fine detail, never have seen that headlight covers without fasteners.
I never liked it with the fasteners visible, looks like he found a way to hide them

Well so we have yet another bash a custom thread...
There are far worse mods than this car...
The car in this thread has been around a while, I have seen it before,
While it started out as a Greenwood wide body a few extra ducts scoops and oddities were added,
The Original Greenwood widebody wasnt everyones cup o tea or as popular as the can am wide body it was cool, in a way,
Mike has one of these kits laying in his backyard,

I am fond of the cute little Unicorn on the back panel. That just adds a touch of sensitivity to a cruel and unkind world.
PS: That rear wing would make a great ice chest. Fill it up with 20 pounds of ice, stock with free beer and you've got a party, that can admire the unicorn and other bizarre stuff on this car.

The extra bs this builder tacked on including a turbo wing made the rear look like a train wreck...
The nose on that car sort of a cow catcher version of the 80-82 was one of the most popular bolt on mods, the orginal was Greenwood which he made for his race cars,
Then Ecklers did their own as did ACI and many others,
Many times it was teamed with the twin turbo hood another very popular mod,
This is a the Greenwood version

I am sure that guy loves his car. whether or not you like it or hate it doesn't really matter. It's always easy to bash someone for thinking out of the box.
Maybe if he painted it brown you would like it better.

It is a shout out to Baron Von Richthofen. It is red and has three wings.
What's better than a zr1 vette? A dr1. The guy is brilliant.

You know how the old saying goes: Opinions are like a$$holes, everyone's got one.

I see overdone cars, every single day! My shop is right next door to the guy who paints Lowrider cars and believe me, I've seen overdone and then some in many of these cars. Extravagant paint, interiors, chrome, you name it, but nothing they've done, comes close to this C3. Even that crowd would laugh at it.
If you want to put magic unicorns galloping through the stars and call it 'good taste' on an iconic sports car, then something is wrong with your thought process. I'd rather have my patina'd brown '74 any day, over that abortion of a C3.
Opinions may be like butt holes, but there's always a consensus. And BTW, love my Dark Metallic Brown C3, because not only does it look great, but there's nearly a ZERO chance that anybody else will have one sitting anywhere near me, be it in traffic or at a car show.

You know, there is a reason why there is nearly a ZERO chance that nobody would have a C3 the same color as yours. In my opinion.

Just in case you didn't notice the trend, but Brown is the hot new color now. Go on and Google 'Brown BMW', or 'Brown Mercedes Benz' and you might just get it. the 2014 Ford Explorers? Kodiak Brown. Even Aston Martin (Bitter Chocolate) Porsche too (Chestnut Brown, Anthracite Brown for the 911) It wasn't popular back then, but it sure is now. And of course, Monsieur, you mentioned opinions earlier, thank you!
