Saw that a few days ago. The original owner was paid by her insurance company. She has no chance of ever getting that car back unless it goes to auction and she buys it.
I doubt the insurance company will invest in fighting this legally as I doubt that car is worth all that much.
Now if it was an L88, maybe. My guess is this winds up at auction.
