Default Books Books Books!! Also Carbs? (uretors, not ohydrates)

**Badum Tssss**

... anyways

I need books!! Long story short, sooner than later I will start rebuilding the engine on my '81 and upgrading it along with a few other things. I already have the assembly instruction manual and the Haynes Repair Manual.

However I need a good book for getting good power out of a 350. Something like
this this
or
this this
. Does anyone have any other recommendations for books on rebuilding a 350 and upgrading it? Complete novice here when it comes to rebuilding engines so I need lots of details.

Also, while I'm typing away here, what cars can I go to in the junkyard to find a good non electronic quadrajet that'll fit my car? Mine's gone bad (let's just leave it at that heh), and since I'll be getting rid of the ECU anyways I wanna find one w/out the electronic metering needle nonsense.

Many thanks

The writers of this book do detailed step-by-step pictured instructions

Are they associated with the writers of the two books that you posted?

EDIT: I checked your link again......same writers!

GREAT BOOKS!
