Default One year ago I got my C3!
March 3, 2014 is the date I got my 1st Corvette, my 1979 C3! I will never forget the feeling I had while driving it home 40 miles down the rural roads of north Florida, and the pride I had when I parked in my office parking lot! Many of my co-workers came outside to check out my "Lil' red Corvette."

Since then I replaced the L48 190 hp and 3 speed Turbo 350 with a Roller cam/rocker 400 hp 355 and solid 700r4 tranny and now she really SCREAMS!

Cool. I've had mine for a month and can't wait to make some memories. Of course being in Detroit means waiting for the weather to cooperate.

Hey, got my red '79 in Northwest Florida (Gainesville) just 2 years ago. I love that big tinted rear window.
