OK, try this one. What was the RPO only available in 1979?

No. The RPO ZN1 Trailer Package was available on several late C3 years.

OK. The RPO D80 - front and rear spoilers - were only offered in 1979. Yes, they were part of the Pace Car package in 1978 but not offered separately for other models. And of course the 1980 front was much different. I drove this 1979 L-82 for 17 years. Loved it.

Yeah, those 78s and 79s look super good with those spoilers. That picture is giving me second thoughts about converting my 79 to chrome bumpers.

My 79 was a bargain basement baby it has a lack of options. No power windows, no power locks, no power mirrors, and no tilt/tele wheel, It has just a plain wheel maybe a vega wheel. I had an awful time getting horn parts because the parts are different than a tilt/tele.

1974 was the one and only year with the 2 piece "split tail" rear bumper.

1974 was the last year for the big block

1974 was the last year with points ignition

1974 was the last year with the cable tach drive

                      All true! And:

                      -no bumperettes
-no emblem on gas fill lid

(the pic shows added daytime running lights (DRLs)).

The 4 spoke "vega" wheel was also used after 76 in cars with standard, non T&T.

From the orig. list I only knew 1 fact, orig meaning of corvette.
For the 1974 triva I learned allot I knew none of that.
                      Pretty Cool stuff Thanks Guy's.

That really requires a whole new thread. There is a lot of wiring to be done.
