WOW
I would have fainted from sheer exhileration about half way through the tour. A NOS 63..... pinch me am I dreaming?????
I thought only Wayne Carini came up with these kinda finds.
My friend thankyou from a man with a heart like a child when it comes to old cars.
I find it amazing the owner had the resources back in the day to warehouse unsold inventory. What a blessing to see an original 63
as it sat on the lot from delivery till today.
I'd volunteer to be blind folded to the destination and required to wash them all just to spend a few quiet moments in that room with all that history.
That's a corvette museum!!
So the owner says... orig. pop, window sticker and invoice named to my dealership ..... why yes of course I have the orig docs.
I can't imagine hearing those words, it would be like taking a time machine back to the greatest era of automotive history ever.
I'd think that 63 would be the benchmark of NCRS studies.
Mr Judge is this washer correct, well let me look at this car and we will see.
WOW............
I'm speechless.
Thank you for sharing.
I've got to go back and look at the pictures again.
I have a 68 was the 68 NOS too?

Brandon I noticed that it looks like the 63 has knock offs on it. Can you ask the owner if he put them on or if the car was delivered new with them. If it came new with them on that would contradict everything that we have always heard about no 63 coming from the factory with knock offs.
Amazing collection thanks for sharing.

So as far as I know, the '68 is too a low mileage '68.
I thought it was just awesome seeing the '63. Then to find out that it was only tagged and inspected once, never sold, and has just over 1,000 miles. Man! The owner's right hand man has been there 20 something years and said that he's only seen it driven 2-3 times. He said that the only one that drove the cars were the son and the dad. Now that the son died, and the dad is 80ish...realistically nobody is driving them.
I asked if he (RHM) had driven any of them, and he said that only to move them around if they needed to be moved. But he said that they don't get moved very often (if at all), so no, not really.
The RHM, likes Corvettes, but reminded us that we were in the backwoods and that he is a truck guy. So he actually has his eyes on the trucks in the collection. I asked if they ever get washed, waxed, etc. and he said that they are too busy to do anything like that. He said that they might get washed if they have a parade or something special to go to. But quickly said that they haven't been part of a public display in quite some time.
A few years ago, a guy came in with a new C6 ZR1 and was wanting to trade the car plus cash for the blue 1961. The dealer turned the offer down.

While a report that they came with the car might suggest a contradiction, it might be hard to make too much of it on a car, even as original as this, with an upgraded shifter and an aftermarket radio, in trying to use that as any sort of contrary evidence.

Maybe I missed it... are they 2 bar or 3 bar?

Like I said, I will ask more about the wheels next time I am there, which should be this weekend.

The only pic I can see is of the red 2500.
I click on the links there's a spinning wheel forever, and nothing.
Is something blocked on my computer? Thanks.
