Your cars are getting a limited amount of sunshine? In south Louisiana we've gotten about 15" of rain in the last ten days.....

unusual even for us!

The sump pump just keeps on running, right now it kicks out about 40 gallons every 20 minutes or so.

My deck expansion is on hold, the lumber is covered, the Vette is covered, i waxed the rider today, how pathetic is that.

Reading these posts, all it does is make me more and more ready to move to Arizona. 3 years 2 months.

If I make it that long.

It may just be the angle, but this pic really shows the difference in size of old vs new vettes. Have a great week, Bill

WHAT HAPPENED?!?! The Sun shined in south Louisiana after 3 weeks of monsoons!

13611 RAIN... what's that?
13611........would it be a good idea to make the drive to Redding....or should I wait for the drought to "get rained out"?

DG, just depends on what you'd like to do. The rivers and streams are always flowing and beautiful. Whiskeytown Lake is a federal lake so they keep it full to the top April-October (then they lower it 5' for all "the rain"), but it's gorgeous year round. I'd say everything is status quo with the exception of Lake Shasta. Huge lake, can still boat on it, but it's going to be low all summer because it's a main water supply for CA.
