Default 69 Gauge clust blade shade/color

Which black should be used for the gauge cluster? Gloss couldn't be correct I wouldn't think.

Hi mft,
People generally agree on semi-flat black.
Many people like Krylon #1613 (not #51613), SEMS, and John Deere Blitz Black.
Regards,
Alan

Is there a difference between semi flat and semi gloss?

Hi gg,
Yes.

Flat (1–9% gloss)
Low Gloss (10–25% gloss)
Semi Flat (26-40% gloss)
Semi Gloss (41–69% gloss)
Gloss (70–89% gloss)

These percentages are the amount of light that is reflected off the painted surface.

Regards,
Alan

There are many spray paints labeled "satin black", also. The 'satin' finish is very similar to the 'semi-flat' finish, so either would work, IMO.

As others mentioned, Krylon 1613 is pretty much dead nuts on. Below is a link that has a picture of the can. I have no experience with the vendor.
