door ajar light
new to forum
where would I find the door ajar switch to buy one one on the bottom of the l/s door sill plate not the one on the door jam by the hinges. seems like the one on the car I just today acquired has one sticking and keeping the door ajar light on. Not really sure how to access I see 2 screws holding it in do I just loosen them and it comes out the front or what?

Do you mean this one. I picked mine up at Paragon but many of the vendors supply them. Depending on if you can get it out without busting anything is the challenge.

The Corvette parts vendors carry the switches. They are shorter than the door jamp switches in the hinge pillars.

In case it matters, tell the vendor what year it is.
