Jay Leno's Garage, Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee and Wheeler Dealers. Since I cut the cable I only watch the first two any more. I think they're better than what's on pay TV anyway.

"I watch'em just to see the old cars in their element"
Lots of great old cars in the background on Adam 12. Also Streets of San Francisco and the Mod Squad were late 60's to early 70's. When I watch those shows I can't believe how we are looking at those cars as they were new or only a couple of years old.

I like the shows that make the cars the stars of the show rather than the "personalities." I also like the shows that do not use artificial "deadlines" for builds that are unnecessary as well as fake "conflicts" and yelling in the shop.
For those reasons, I still like Chasing Classic Cars. I think Fantomworks is getting better, but it seems they replay the same 5 episodes over and over again. Graveyard Carz has some amazing cars, but I cant stand to listen to the owner or the idiots that work for him. I like "Whats My Car Worth?" too. Keith Martin is a decent host and the premise is interesting.
I think my favorite car shows are still the coverage of Barrett-Jackson and Mecum auctions. Tons of cars and variety. I travel to these events a lot, yet I never get tired of watching it at home.
I can't stand Overhaulin any more. Trying to showcase certain personalities for whatever reason is tiring and since they stopped ''stealing" the cars, the premise is pointless. I also am not interested in shows whose premise is based on gender or all fat guys or whatever.
