Default Buying a 76 Stingray

I'm looking to by a 76 Stingray. What are some key things to look over before I buy it and what would a fair price be based on its condition.

-Body/paint: overall good, some cracks
-Engine: 106,000mi Stock 350 and stock transmission
-New interior door panels
-T-tops
-disk brakes all around
-power windows

Thanks in advance for the input!!

Ty

Check for frame and birdcage rust. From that little picture it doesn't look like a stock 350. The sidepipes sure aren't stock, but they look nice.

Obviously the bodies are fiberglass so they can be deceiving, underneath there could be a whole lot going on. There are some great articles out there on what to look for but I would highly recommend you find a corvette repair shop local to you and take the car there for a in depth review. They can tell you everything wrong (or right) with it and it will be a good bargaining tool a well.
Unless you've owned a Vette and know exactly the problem areas to look for I would highly recommend this route. I bought a 73 about 3 years ago and have a learnt a ton since owning it. Just keep in mind these are old cars can cost quite a bit to repair if you're not careful. Know what you're getting into. As pointed out, the frames and the birdcage are definitely the most important things to inspect.
